 General Requirements:

• Must be a born again Christian having a stable Christian walk for at least two years with a balanced and mature understanding of the Bible

• Minimum high school education or G.E.D.

• Bible college or other experience or training preferred but not required

• Must be free from life controlling problems

• Must be single (applies only to live in staff)

• Must understand concepts of mentoring, nurturing, speaking the truth in love, re-parenting and serving one another in love

• Must be willing to come under authority
