We do not offer JOBS to
people, but we do offer ministry positions to those who are
seeking God’s direction for their lives. For over
30 years now, Teen Challenge of the
Mid-South has been meeting the needs of those bound by
“life-controlling addictions” from across the
Southeast and around the nation. God has brought together a
wonderful ministry team that is being used to impact the lives
of hundreds of lives each year.
Like the Marines, we are looking “for
a few good men and women” who know they are called
to do more than punch a clock or fill a position somewhere, but
sense God’s divine
direction to a higher calling. If you
want to see lives of hurting people radically transformed by the
power of God and send out men and women who will impact their
world, this may be the place for you. Here are a few of the

of the Mid-South in Chattanooga, TN. we are expanding our center
to double capacity. We are currently seeking mature Christians
for the following job opportunities:

Requirements:
Must be a
born again Christian having a stable Christian walk for at least
two years
Minimum
high school education or G.E.D.
Bible
college or other experience or training preferred
Must have
a balanced and mature understanding of the Bible
Must be
free from life controlling problems
Must
display a good witness for Jesus Christ in your lifestyle
Must be single (applies only to live in staff)
Age 25 or older
Possess good driving record
Must understand concepts of mentoring, nurturing, speaking the truth in
love, re-parenting and serving one another in love
Requires a life surrendered to Jesus
Must have a fruit bearing track record of being an overcomer
Must be willing to lay down life, time & rights so that others may be
healed & delivered
Must be willing to come under authority
Your personal issues cannot outweigh the needs of students
